He wrote: “Olympiakos, Celtic Glasgow and two LaLiga teams are the first to move for Alex Collado. The youth player would like to play European competition although LaLiga also attracts him, after his good performance at Granada.”
Collado wants to play European football this season, and a move to Celtic Park would allow him to do that.
The 23-year-old only managed to make two senior appearances for Barcelona after coming through their fabled La Masia academy.

However, a loan to La Liga side Granada in the second half of last season gave him a taste of regular senior football for the first time.
Collado appeared in all-but-two of Granada’s league matches after his arrival, but couldn’t help them avoid relegation, as their fate was sealed on the final day of the season.
Celtic want to sign Collado
Although Collado hasn’t played much for Barcelona, he would certainly be an interesting option for Ange Postecoglou.
The Spaniard is a primarily an attacking midfielder, but can also play on either wing.
Described by Barca Times as ‘very talented’, Collado is a hard working player, especially out of possession, but is also a strong dribbler.

Barcelona’s dire financial situation is well documented, and Collado leaving the Catalan giants would be beneficial for both parties.
When Celtic fans think of transfers with Barcelona, there’s only man that comes to mind: Henrik Larsson.
The Swedish legend scored 106 goals in 113 Scottish Premiership appearances to earn himself a move to the Nou Camp, and if Collado can achieve even a fraction of what Larsson did at Celtic Park, then he would have done very well.
