West Ham United manager David Moyes has given his verdict on Tottenham Hotspur after the match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Moyes has also given his take on Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou.
So, what has West Ham United manager David Moyes said about Tottenham Hotspur and Ange Postecoglou? Let’s take a look.
West Ham United boss David Moyes praises Tottenham Hotspur and Ange Postecoglou
Well, West Ham United beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
Spurs took the lead in the London derby in the 11th minute when Cristian Romero found the back of the net with a header from Pedro Porro’s corner.
Jarrod Bowen restored parity for the Hammers in the 52nd minute, and James Ward-Prowse made it 2-1 to the visiting team on 74 minutes. Destiny Udogie should have done better with his backpass for the second West Ham goal.
After the match, Moyes praised Spurs and their manager Ange Postecoglou, as you can see below.

Moyes said on Amazon (10:29 pm, December 7, 2023): “Huge performance because of the quality of Tottenham Hotspur.
“They are so good. I actually believe they are playing as well as anybody in the Premier League at this moment in time. The football is very good.
“The manager has done a brilliant job and we were up against it tonight. We had to dig in and be difficult to play against and thankfully we just about scraped it.”
Ange Postecoglou need to start winning matches
While it is great that Tottenham Hotspur are playing wonderful football, I believe that it is important that head coach Ange Postecoglou starts winning matches.
Spurs were poor defensively against West Ham United. It was similar to how they lost to Aston Villa. Tottenham are simply unable to hold onto their lead.
Yes, Tottenham played out a 3-3 draw with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in the Premier League last weekend, but defeats to Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Aston Villa and West Ham United have dented their chances of finishing in the Premier League top four this season.
