Bournemouth fans react to what Arnaut Danjuma has said about Leeds
A number of Bournemouth fans have taken to Twitter to react to comments made by Arnaut Danjuma in which he hinted that he would like to join a club like Leeds United this summer.
Danjuma ended the Cherries’ first campaign back in the Championship with 17 goals.
Unfortunately however, it was not enough for the club to get back into the top flight. They were beaten in the play-off semi-final.
And it appears that that has now prompted the 24-year-old to consider his plans.
Danjuma was asked about his future in an interview with Voetbal International. And he went on to hint that he is ready to play on a bigger stage.
The £13.7 million star also picked out Leeds as the kind of club he would like to join.
Plenty of Whites fans reacted to the comments by imploring Victor Orta to consider a move for the Dutchman.
And it seems that his comments have been met by a mixed response amongst Bournemouth supporters.
Some have pleaded with Danjuma to stay. Others however, have admitted that it seems unrealistic to hope that he will stick around.
‘Stay please’: Bournemouth fans react as Danjuma hints he’d like Leeds move
They feel that he deserves to play at a higher level. And that may be music to the ears of the Leeds fans hoping that there is scope for a deal to be done.
Here is how some of the Bournemouth fans have reacted to the reports…
Not worried about this comment at all. They are bigger and you are too good for the championship. I think some people are being a little bit precious.

It’s your choice and your choice alone. No matter what happens we’ll be grateful for the amazing football you showed us. If moving to a higher up club will make your future better than go ahead and sign the contract. We’ll always remember you Arnie. ❤️❤️🍒

Still seems like he disrespected us and actively sounded out another club in an interview. Could’ve said he doesn’t know what the future holds and Leeds were a good club. Everyone around the club knows you’re going, just don’t end it on a sour note #afcb https://t.co/18nQA8k9Ea
