Tottenham and West Hamare being linked with a move for Barcelona attacker Martin Braithwaite before the end of the window. The Danish attacker remains on the fringes at Barcelona, despite the exit of Lionel Messi. Barcelona fans are desperate for Braithwaite to leave the club.

Braithwaite, 30, has been pretty poor for Barcelona on the whole – since joining the club in a strange move as emergency transfer from Leganes. The 56-time Denmark international has since clocked up 53 appearances for Barca, scoring just eight goals. A summer move is now expected for him.

Of course, Braithwaite has been in English football before – enduring a tricky spell at Middlesbrough where he scored just nine in 40 games. Spanish newspaper SPORT say that West Ham had agreed a £12.8million move, but Tottenham have him on a list of replacements for Harry Kane.

It is believed that Braithwaite prefers a move to Tottenham, though it is looking more and more likely that Kane will stay at Spurs. Barcelona fans, though, are keen to see the back of Braithwaite as their finances worsen. Many fans want Braithwaite gone, to Tottenham or West Ham.
