Arsenal could still do with signing a striker as they look to win the Premier League title this season.
The Gunners have one of the most complete teams in the Premier League, but they are still lacking that clinical goalscorer to lead their line.
Arsenal would be almost unstoppable with a proper striker in their team, and speaking on The Athletic FC Podcast, Adrian Clarke has been discussing which player he’d like to see come in.
According to Clarke, Alexander Isak would be the perfect signing for Arsenal this summer, while the pundit also named Victor Osimhen and Viktor Gyokeres as exciting options.

Alexander Isak would be perfect for Arsenal
Clarke spoke about the strikers Arsenal could go for and the £60m man.
“He would be perfect (Isak), he has that mobility, the speed and he is really clinical. Osimhen is exiting as well, isn’t he? Gyokeres would for me be the more natural Nketiah replacement. Someone a little bit stronger than Eddie but wouldn’t usurp Havertz or Jesus.”
How Mikel Arteta feels about Alexander Isak
Isak to Arsenal has been rumoured this summer, and that’s because Mikel Arteta is said to be a huge fan.
Indeed, according to Arsenal insider, Team News and Ticks, the Arsenal manager is a huge fan of Isak.
“I really don’t expect it to happen, but it will come from that Arteta is a massive massive fan. He’s one that if Arteta sees that if he could get one player and we only had to sign one player it would be Isak,’ He said.
“He loves him and he sees so many different roles and how he could evolve at us in so many different ways.”
Unfortunately, Newcastle don’t want to sell Isak, and that may mean that a deal is impossible this summer.
Isak would be such a good addition to this Arsenal team, but convincing the richest club in the world to part ways with their star player isn’t an easy task.
