'Not at all amusing': Arsenal fans unimpressed at 'embarrassing' club Twitter post today
Arsenal fans have been giving their response to the club’s tweet about Alexandre Lacazette and it’s safe to say some are unimpressed.
The Gunners took to social media to celebrate the Frenchman being at the club for four seasons. In that time, Lacazette has managed 65 goals in 170 Arsenal appearances, according to Transfermarkt.
Lacazette’s future witn the club remains up in the air as well. Reports today have suggested a new one-year deal could be in the offing. However, there has been no confirmation as yet.
But rather than laud the experienced French striker, some Arsenal fans got into the comments to criticise their forward.
While Arsenal fans are always vocal on social media, the reaction to the apparent appreciation for Lacazette seems to be quite bad.
There are those fans who believe he deserves credit. However, in the main, Gunners fans are pointing out the fact he’s never scored 20 goals in a season.
That, coupled with his big wages and the fact he cost over £50m, has led to some Arsenal supporters questioning his time at the club.
Here’s a look at what some Gunners had to say as the club celebrated four years of Lacazette.
This is not at all amusing
This is only but only frustrating
If you can’t make us happy
At least stop frustrating us

A good player has made a heap from his contract with the Gunners. Could be value for one more season, but I would rather see a younger more motivated player
