Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Bernardo Silva reports

A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from the Daily Mirror claiming that the Gunners are keen on Bernardo Silva.

Mikel Arteta’s men are still on the lookout for another player who can make magic happen around the final third.

Martin Odegaard is reportedly on the radar. Meanwhile, as noted by the Mirror, they are interested in James Maddison.

However, Leicester value Maddison at around £60 million. And that appears to have inspired Arsenal to look at other targets.

And one of those on their radar is Bernardo. The Daily Mirror notes that he could leave Manchester City. However, he may not get his preferred move to Spain due to the financial impact of the pandemic.

And that has apparently opened the door for Arsenal.

It will be fascinating to see whether the Gunners can indeed lure the Portuguese to the Emirates.

Certainly, plenty of supporters feel that it is a move that they would love to see.
