Arsenal are reportedly one of 10 Premier League clubs that could try and sign Barcelona talent Ilaix Moriba this summer. The Gunners are said to have held talks with the player’s agent, as Barca look to bring in some much-needed cash. Arsenal fans want Moriba signed, amid the reports.

It is well-documented that Barcelona are in the midst of a financial crisis. Lionel Messi has left the club to join PSG because of it, and recent report from Joan Laporta says the club’s debts are over £1billion. So, the club are desperately trying to offload some players to bring in some cash.
