Arsenal finally secured their first three points of the season on Saturday against Norwich City – but many were impressed with Max Aarons.
Coming into the match, Arsenal had failed to pick up a single point after three straight losses to Manchester City, Chelsea and Brentford.
But Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the only goal of the game at The Emirates, as Arsenal beat Norwich 1-0. Some of the pressure is off.
Takehiro Tomiyasu made his debut on the right side of the defence, following his move from Bologna. Aarons showcased his talent.
Still only 21, Aarons clocked up his 134th appearances for the Canaries against Arsenal. Of course, he has been a target for the Gunners.

What have Arsenal fans said about Norwich star Aarons?
Obviously, the need for a new right-back has reduced following the arrival of Tomiyasu. His debut was “brilliant”, according to Kieran Tierney.
But Arsenal lack proper cover. Calum Chambers is naturally a centre-back and Ainsley Maitland-Niles wants to be used as a midfielder.
Cedric Soares is struggling to show why he was brought to North London on a free. So, there is scope to bring in competition for Tomiyasu.
Even more so, if Arteta starts to use Japan international Tomiyasu has a right-sided centre-back or in a back three. A wing-back could be crucial.
Aarons provides that. In August, Football London said Aarons is thought of highly at The Emirates. Arsenal fans applauded Aarons on Saturday.
