Tottenham Hotspur could be about to make a really impressive signing over the coming weeks.
It may have been a slow start for Ange Postecoglou in the summer market at Tottenham but the wheels may now be beginning to turn.
The issues Spurs have had this summer have not been when it comes to offloading players as seven have already departed N17.
But the problems have been bringing players in through the doors of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
To date, it is only Archie Gray and Timo Werner – on loan – to have signed the dotted line at Spurs this summer.
However, that could soon change with Fabrizio Romano claiming the scouts at Tottenham are seriously excited about who they may be about to sign.

Tottenham could be about to sign ‘huge talent’
So far this summer, Spurs have maintained the same frontline which finished the 2023/24 campaign.
With Werner signed to another loan, Gray is the only real new face to have signed this summer and he provides cover in midfield and defence.
Postecoglou’s attacking options could soon be added to, though.
Tottenham are now close to reaching an agreement with Gangwon FC for winger Min-hyuk Yang but he will return back to South Korea until January on loan.

According to Romano, those at Spurs are said to be really excited about the potential signing of Yang.
The South Korean is still just 18-years-old and the medical for his signing is set to be booked soon with an agreement close.
Scouts at Tottenham feel this is a player who is a ‘huge talent’ and has ‘important potential’ for the future in north London.
Can Min-hyuk Yang replace Heung-min Son?
Well, he certainly has big boots to fill if he is to even become half the player that Heung-min Son has turned out to be.
The winger has shown promise back in South Korea having netted seven goals and provided three assists in his 24 appearances for Gangwon.
South Korean journalist Jason Lee recently told The Spurs News just what Yang could bring to north London over the coming years.
“I think the obvious answer would be Heung-min Son, but it’s an imperfect comparison. Like I mentioned before, he’s comfortable finishing with both his feet like Son,” he said.
“Moreover, I would argue that his finishing is better than Son’s was when he was 18. However, the obvious similarities end there.”
“He’s smaller and a touch slower than Son but he makes up for it by being a superior one versus one dribbler than his fellow countryman.”
