Arsenal made it two wins from two in the Champions League as Mikel Arteta’s side beat Olympiacos 2-0 on Wednesday night.
Arsenal started with a win over Athletic Club, kicking off their Champions League campaign with a victory.
The Gunners were back at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night, but it was the same result.
Gabriel Martinelli and Bukayo Saka found the net in another 2-0 Arsenal win, with Martin Odegaard really catching the eye.

Ally McCoist blown away by strength of Arsenal’s bench
Arsenal’s play was impressive against Olympiacos, but Ally McCoist was in awe before the game even kicked off.
Speaking on TNT Sports (01/10, 8pm), McCoist admitted that he was actually more focused on Arsenal’s bench than the starting XI.
Mikel Arteta was able to name summer signing Cristhian Mosquera, Bukayo Saka, Eberechi Eze, Jurrien Timber, Declan Rice, Christian Norgaard and Riccardo Calafiori among his substitutes.
Those are some incredibly strong options, and McCoist admitted to being wowed by the players Arteta left out.
McCoist feels Arsenal are now ready to compete in all competitions this season, adding that this is the first time in years that he has seen such a strong Gunners squad.
“I look at the Arsenal team, but actually, before I looked at the Arsenal team, I looked at the Arsenal bench,” said McCoist.
“I thought to myself ‘wow, dear me’. That’s the first time in a few years that I’ve looked at a bench from Arsenal and I’ve been really, really impressed. Ready to go on all fronts,” he added.
Owen Hargreaves on Arsenal’s squad depth
Arsenal’s busy summer of spending means Mikel Arteta is now blessed with options all over the pitch.
Noni Madueke’s injury is a blow, but Arsenal have the options to make changes and still boast a strong bench.
Owen Hargreaves backed up McCoist’s point while speaking to TNT Sports, suggesting that Arsenal now have the depth that all top teams need.
Hargreaves added that Arsenal have ‘crazy options’ and Arteta has created a ‘super competitive environment’ at the Emirates Stadium.
“All the top teams, there’s competition for places, so if you don’t play well, you’re not playing,” said Hargreaves.
“[Martin] Odegaard was undroppable, Saka was undroppable, Kai [Havertz], if he was fit, he was going to play. All of a sudden, they have got these crazy options now, and basically, the guys who are going to play are the guys who are playing well. End of.
“If you produce the goods, you play. And I think that creates a super competitive environment, which you only get with competition,” he added.
Arteta may well make more changes this weekend as Arsenal take on West Ham United, with some of those substitutes potentially coming back into the starting XI.
