Alexander Isak is edging closer and closer to a Liverpool move, with the Reds submitting an opening bid of £120m to Newcastle United, which has sparked uproar on social media.

Newcastle rejected Liverpool’s initial advance, but a second offer is imminent from the Merseyside club.

TBR Football understands Newcastle will accept a bid of around £140m for Isak, which will absolutely obliterate the British transfer record. Isak only wants Liverpool.

The striker’s behaviour has been questionable throughout, with Isak refusing to train and forcing a move out. Now Newcastle fans have had enough.

Furious Newcastle supporters are disgusted with the Swede’s behaviour.

Liverpool supporters, on the contrary, are lapping it up and enjoying the Geordie ‘meltdown’ as Isak waits in the wings.
