Adam Forshaw now posts six-word message on Instagram after recent Leeds announcement
Leeds United announced new contracts for three youngsters today and Adam Forshaw has now posted a message on Instagram after the news.
The Whites have handed contracts to Joe Gelhardt, Sam Greenwood and Crysencio Summerville ahead of the new season.
The three youngsters have all penned new long-term deals with the club. Geldhardt has signed until the summer of 2027, while Greenwood and Summerville have both agreed deals that will run until the summer of 2026.
And Leeds United midfielder Forshaw is certainly happy with the news that the trio will be staying at Elland Road.

The post on his story reads: “The future is bright. Congrats lads.”
The 30-year-old reposted Leeds’ official announcement of the new contracts and is clearly delighted that the club are keeping their prospects.

At just 20 years of age, Gelhardt has already racked up a decent amount of experience in the Premier League as he made 20 appearances for the Yorkshire club last season.
He was called into action after a number of injuries to first-team players and in particular, Patrick Bamford. And the young striker certainly showed what he is capable of as he scored two goals and assisted four times, while looking a real threat for Leeds.
Greenwood also found himself in a similar situation to Gelhardt as he was called upon seven times during the season and put up two assists. Also aged 20, the English striker looks to have a bright future ahead of him.
Summerville also made a handful of appearances for the first-team last season and was brilliant for the club’s U23 side in the Premier League 2. Leeds clearly see the Dutchman as a big player for the future as the club have handed him the number 10 jersey that was vacated by Raphinha.
The trio clearly have bright futures in Yorkshire and have already tasted first-team action under Jesse Marsch during pre-season. Forshaw is clearly excited about the three players and Leeds fans will be delighted to see they’ve signed new contracts.
