Arsenal are set for a chaotic end to the summer transfer window as they work on a number of deals in and out of the club.
Eddie Nketiah is expected to join Nottingham Forest before the window slams shut on August 30 after agreeing personal terms.
Aaron Ramsdale is in talks with Wolves whilst Edu Gaspar works on potential new arrivals, with Real Sociedad’s Mikel Merino on the verge of completing a move to the Emirates.
TBR also reported that Arsenal were plotting a move for Ademola Lookman and now an update on that transfer has just come to light.

Ademola Lookman expected to stay at Atalanta
According to TuttoAtalanta, via Get Italian Football News, Lookman has held a positive meeting with Atalanta about his future.
The two parties have found a middle ground to continue together so it appears the former Everton wide player is set to remain in Serie A beyond the summer.
A new deal could be agreed in the coming days, putting Arsenal back to the drawing board with just eight days in the window remaining.
Liverpool were also keen on the £51m-rated Lookman and will have to identify alternative targets.
Arsenal should sign Federico Chiesa
The Gunners are evidently in the market for a versatile attacker and should look no further than Juventus’ Federico Chiesa.
The 26-year-old’s agent has already held talks with the North Londoners, so they’ll be well aware of the finances required to complete a deal.
Chiesa is expected to cost suitors just £13m.
