'10/10': Some fans hail £30m reported Spurs target's international display last night

Spurs were linked with Dejan Kulusevski over the summer.

In June, Tottenham director Fabio Paratici had reportedly set sights on the Juventus ace.

Calciomercato claimed that Paratici “adores” Kulusevski, having already signed him once.

The Italian spent a “large part” of Juve’s budget signing the 21-year-old from Atalanta – a reported £30million.

After Kulusevski saw the season out at Parma, he impressed in his maiden Bianconeri season.

He clocked up seven goals and seven assists from 47 appearances in all competitions.

As per Transfermarkt, he played on both wings, right midfield, as a No. 10, and even as a centre-forward and central midfielder.

Kulusevski then shone for Sweden at Euro 2020, and he picked up from where he left off last night.

He helped his nation hand Spain their first qualifying defeat in 28 years.

Alexander Isak equalised just a minute after Carlos Soler’s fourth-minute opener for La Roja.

And Viktor Claesson netted in the second half for a famous Sweden win and three big World Cup qualifying points.

Kulusevski not only registered some great stats – as below – but he “put on a show” too.
