A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to congratulate Whites gem Jack Jenkins after he signed a new contract at Elland Road.
The 19-year-old midfielder has committed his future to the Premier League club until the summer of 2024.
Jenkins joined the Leeds academy after playing for Garforth Villa at youth level, and signed a two-year scholarship in April 2018.

The 6ft 3in ace then penned his first professional contract in January 2019 and agreed fresh terms in November than same year.
Jenkins is a regular in Mark Jackson’s Under-23s side, with three Premier League 2 appearances under his belt this season.
In addition, he has also picked up two assists this term, while his overall appearance tally for the U23s stands at 24.
Jenkins has already made his first-team debut, coming off the bench at half time in Leeds’ FA Cup defeat to Crawley last season.
By signing fresh terms until 2024, it shows he’s clearly thought of highly amongst the Whites hierarchy and coaches.
If all continues to go well, he could soon be in line for a first-team breakthrough.
Many Leeds fans are pleased with the news and praised the youngster on Twitter:
