Some Leicester City fans are in shock as Wolves have completed the surprise signing of Francisco Trincao from FC Barcelona.
The Premier League signed confirmed the transfer on their official website just minutes after John Percy of the Telegraph reported that Wolves had agreed a deal with the La Liga giants for the winger.

However, Leicester have been linked with the former SC Braga star. Indeed, as reported by the Guardian, the Foxes had offered £45m to Barcelona for the attacker last summer. But, Ronaldo Koeman’s side rejected the offer.
The youngster didn’t set the world alight for Barcelona last season, with Trincao scoring just three league goals in 28 appearances for the Catalan side.

However, at just 21, the winger is one of the most exciting prospects in European football. Moreover, Leicester fans on social media are fuming that Wolves were able to sign Trincao over the Foxes.
Here’s what some Leicester fans had to say about Wolves signing Trincao on Sunday on Twitter…

Indeed, Leicester have been one of the busiest sides in the Premier League this window. The Foxes have already confirmed the signing of Patson Daka and Boubakary Soumare.
