Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after footage emerged of Sam Greenwood making his teammates look silly at Thorp Arch.
What’s the story?
Well, the 19-year-old enjoyed an excellent debut campaign in Yorkshire last season, after leaving Arsenal for Leeds.
Greenwood scored 12 goals in 18 Premier League 2 appearances, earning a debut as Marcelo Bielsa handed him 32 minutes against Crawley in the FA Cup.
Now, the teenager is regularly involved in first-team training at Thorp Arch, where he’s just embarrassed his teammates with a phenomenal dribble.
The seven-second footage shows Greenwood breezing past three players – leaving one on their backside – before slotting the ball away.
If Bielsa was watching, we’re sure he enjoyed what he witnessed.
Is this Sam Greenwood’s breakthrough season at Leeds?

Luckily for the wonderkid, Leeds didn’t sign any centre-forwards this summer, so the competition remains as it was for Greenwood.
The Sunderland-born attacker must compete with Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford for a place in Bielsa’s team, two players of real quality.
However, Greenwood is very close to a breakthrough, and this could be the season he announces himself.

The Leeds No.42 should get minutes from the bench, and it’s up to him to make an impact in these cameos and impress Bielsa.
If he can master the art of being a super sub and bag a few goals this season, it could be the perfect way to kickstart his Leeds career.
For now, let’s see what the Leeds fans on Twitter have been saying about the footage of Greenwood at Thorp Arch…
