A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been commenting on Twitter about Jamal Lewis’ impressive performance against Jose Mourinho’s side in midweek, urging Spurs to make a move.
Spurs took on Norwich City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and broke the deadlock in the 13th minute through a towering Jan Vertonghen header, a lead they maintained at the break.
However, Josip Drmic equalised on the rebound with 12 minutes left after Tottenham goalkeeper Michel Vorm failed to hold on to Kenny McLean’s effort.

The game then headed to spot kicks, where Norwich keeper Tim Krul once again showed his strong penalty-saving credentials to help his side into the quarter-finals at Spurs’ expense.
During the game, Norwich left-back Lewis was a constant thorn in Tottenham’s side going forward and also looked solid defensively for Daniel Farke’s side.
Although Tottenham are reported to be interested in Max Aarons on the opposite flank, according to Football London, some Spurs fans think Lewis would also make a shrewd acquisition for the North Londoners.
Here is what some supporters have been saying about the 22-year-old, who is reported by Spotrac as being on £5,000 per week:
