Newcastle will need to add some experience to their squad, to make sure they can deal with the rigours of the Championship. Nahki Wells has played over a hundred matches for Huddersfield in the second tier and is improving all the time.

He netted 17 times in this campaign, and has the potential to score even more in a side fighting at the top of the division. Wellls is a striker, who likes to drop deep at times and is incredibly good at playing through balls to onrunning midfielders.

His long shots and ability from free kicks are both impressive for a player who is also a cool finisher inside the 18-yard-box. He could thrive at Newcastle and provide the goals to get them straight back up.
