‘Would be the dream’: Manchester City fans react to links with Joao Felix

Manchester City fans have been reacting on Twitter after rumours surfaced this weekend suggesting they could move for Joao Felix.

City are said to be in the hunt for a new striker and Felix, along with Erling Haaland, is regarded as one of the top young talents in Europe.

Atletico paid over £100m for the Portuguese striker just a few seasons back and this year, he has hit form and looks to be guiding the Madrid outift towards the La Liga title.

City though, according to Eurosport, have now got their eyes on Felix as they look to replace Sergio Aguero, who apparently faces an uncertain future at The Etihad.

Felix would certainly be a head-turning signing for City. He’d no doubt cost a huge sum but has the potential and talent to be a world-class forward for years to come.

City fans, then, were all over Twitter talking about it and it’s safe to say that most were delighted to be linked with such a player.
