A number of Liverpool fans have urged the Anfield side to consider making a move for Ismaila Sarr in case his club gets relegated from the Premier League.
The 22-year-old attacker, a Senegal international alongside Liverpool ace Sadio Mane, has been impressive for Watford this season, weighing in with ten goal contributions in the league.
Three of these contributions came in the Hornets’ shock 3-0 win over Jurgen Klopp’s side back in February, as Sarr netted a brace and also weighed in with an assist.

However, Watford remain in danger of relegation, their 3-1 loss at West Ham on Friday leaving them just three points ahead of the bottom three with two games left to play.
While the Hammers and Brighton could still go down, their six-point cushion from the drop zone, plus a much better goal difference than the teams below them, makes this unlikely.
Sarr has only been on Watford’s books since the summer, penning a five-year deal after joining from Rennes for a “club record fee” thought to be in the region of £30million.
The Hornets would surely struggle to hang on to him if they do go down, and as such, some Liverpool fans would love to snap up a player for whom Mane is like a “big brother”.
