A number of Manchester City fans have taken to Twitter to praise Kyle Walker for his impressive display in Wednesday night’s Champions League semi-final first-leg victory.
Pep Guardiola’s charges came from behind to beat Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 at the Parc des Princes, thanks to second-half goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez.
The hosts took the lead after just 15 minutes, Marquinhos heading home from Angel Di Maria’s corner.

Although City had to hold on in the first half, they were a much different proposition after the break.
PSG were effectively pinned back in their own half and soon enough City made the breakthrough when De Bruyne’s cross from the left evaded everyone and caught Keylor Navas out on 64 minutes.
Mahrez then put City in the lead as his free kick flew through the PSG wall and into the net, before the hosts finished the game with ten men after Idrissa Gueye was red carded for a horror challenge on Ilkay Gundogan.
Walker got “everything right” in the 90 minutes, as per the Manchester Evening News, doing well against fellow speedsters Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, while his lightning pace led to City’s equaliser.
Here’s what some City fans made of the 30-year-old’s display:
