'World-class': Some fans blown away by player who's set to leave Arsenal after his display last night
Arsenal’s Karl Hein has earned great praise on social media after his performance for Estonia against Wales last night.
The Arsenal stopper was in fine form as he kept a clean-sheet against Gareth Bale and co.
Estonia managed to pick up a 0-0 draw, with Hein scooping up the Man of the Match award.
And Arsenal fans, and those from elsewhere, were very impressed by Hein’s display.
Hein’s performance may make Arsenal zero in on sorting out his future.
As things stand, Football London say that the youngster is set to leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season, with his current deal to expire.
Arsenal have not been able to agree a contract extension with Hein after talks didn’t go well, which has seen him slip down the pecking order.
He currently appears to be fourth choice for Mikel Arteta’s side, which means his chances of game time on the club front look very limited.
His performance last night is sure to have attracted admiring glances from elsewhere though.
And he could now be very much in demand if he does leave Arsenal on a free transfer next summer.
