Manchester City saw off Luton Town to get back to winning ways and Nathan Jones was seriously impressed with two City players.
The Premier League champions fought from behind to take the three points as goals from midfield duo Bernardo Silva and Jack Grealish sealed the win.
For City, the win will have felt massive given their current run of form and Pep Guardiola was clearly delighted at full-time.
However, while it was Silva and Grealish who got the goals, former Luton boss Nathan Jones seemed more impressed with Phil Foden and Julian Alvarez.

Commenting on the game for the BBC, Jones admitted the pair were world class in how they operated in the final third.
“It is interesting to see the understanding between Phil Foden and Julian Alvarez. Foden becomes the nine at times, Alvarez drops in. They are world class players; the understanding is excellent,” Jones said.
Foden and Alvarez a nightmare to defend against
As Jones touches on here, it is the movement of the City players and these two mentioned that really makes them so hard to come up against.
Luton gave it a massive go today but in the end, they were undone by some stellar attacking play and clinical finishing when it mattered.
Yes, Foden and Alvarez didn’t score but they did a lot of the graft beforehand in tiring a Luton defence out who had tried so hard to remain solid.
There is a reason why City have won everything going for the last 10 years or so and Foden and Alvarez are just typical of their brilliance.
