Rumours linking Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kieran Trippier with a summer exit have been picking up pace over the last few days.

According to a report by The Express, Manchester United and Napoli are being linked with Trippier. And Spurs rate their defender at £40m.

Trippier’s form has been erratic this season after a stunning 2017/18 campaign, leading to question marks over his future.

The 28-year-old was a vital part of England’s World Cup squad last summer, scoring in the semi-final and earning plenty of admirers.

But less than 12 months on and Trippier is struggling with his form. Many Tottenham fans are now willing to let him leave.

Trippier is still seen as Tottenham’s first-choice right-back ahead of Serge Aurier and Kyle Walker-Peters.

Mauricio Pochettino has handed Trippier 31 appearances in all competitions this season, including 24 starts in the Premier League.
