Tottenham take on West Ham United in a huge Premier League clash today which could have a big impact on how the top four race pans out this season.
Both Spurs and the Hammers are level on points going into the game and a win for either side will see them leapfrog Manchester United into fifth and close the gap on Arsenal to just three points. It is, it goes without saying, a massive game in the scheme of things.

For Antonio Conte, it’s another game where he faces a few big decisions. His team did win at Brighton in midweek but they were far from their best, and the Italian might consider tinkering with a few things.
One element Conte could look to change is the formation. Of course, we all know he’s been a fan of his 3-4-3 in the main this term. But he could look to attack the game and use all his firepower, meaning the ‘wonderful‘ Lucas Moura could come into the side, with a 4-2-3-1 formation deployed.
That would see Lucas, Kulusevski, and Son roaming behind Harry Kane, with Bentancur and Hojbjerg offering the protection in front of a back four.
This is, as we know, just a prediction, but it’s something Conte has done before and in such a big game, he might be tempted to throw a slight curve ball the way of David Moyes.
