Arsenal produced an absolute masterclass performance against West Ham today to hammer David Moyes’ side in their own backyard.
The Gunners were 4-0 up at the break and then went on to add further domination to their performance with more well-taken goals in the second 45.
Key once again for Arsenal in getting those goals was star winger Bukayo Saka. The England man had already tucked a penalty away in the first-half before he cut inside to smash in a fine second during the second 45.

And watching on for the BBC, former Tottenham midfielder Michael Brown lauded the ability Saka showed to get that second goal.
“It’s a wonderful ability, Declan Rice with the move. What Saka does, he’s aware of the situation steps into the space, cuts in on his right foot. A sensational finish and what a team performance from Arsenal. Saka is quick and steps in, but he still has a lot to do. He’s got that much space, he goes near post last minute. This is the last thing West Ham’s players will have wanted,” Brown said.
Saka just gets better and better
This Arsenal team is flying right now and for all the talk of City not dropping any more points, it seems like Arsenal are trying to follow that lead as well.
Of course, the performances of Bukayo Saka are massively helping and he somehow keeps on getting better by the week.
Saka oozes class in those wide areas and the second goal here just epitomised everything about him and what makes him so good.
Arsenal are right in this title race and they sent a huge message today by hammering West Ham.
And with Saka in such form, they might end up getting over the line and finally beating City to that Premier League trophy.
