Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Leander Dendoncker has emerged as a transfer target for AS Roma.
Gazzetta Dello Sport have claimed that the Serie A outfit want to bring in the World Cup semi-finalist from parent club Anderlecht.
Dendoncker has managed just four appearances so far this season on loan at Wolves, with his first start in the Premier League coming against Tottenham Hotspur recently.

Many have been perplexed as to why Dendoncker has featured so little under Nuno Espirito Santo, with the exertions of the World Cup a long time ago now.
All in all, Dendoncker has made just four appearances this term.
Wolves would regret letting him leave
Wolves surely cannot be thinking about letting Roma muscle in on Dendoncker.
The defender, who can also play as a holding midfielder, arguably hasn’t been given a fair crack at Molineux by Espirito Santo.
It was understandable in the beginning with Wolves looking strong at the back, but the side have leaked more goals in recent weeks.

Dendoncker, reportedly eyed by Manchester United in previous windows, was highly impressive for Anderlecht.
Espirito Santo should consider using the FA Cup to allow him to build some momentum. He was good against Spurs and the talent arguably just needs a run of games to prove his worth.
Supposedly there is a £12 million option to buy as part of Dendoncker’s loan, and Espirito Santo should be giving the player the chance to justify the club paying that.
