Wolves should rival Watford for Adrien Tameze
Watford are lining up a January move for OGC Nice star Adrien Tameze.
The Hornets are concerned about losing Abdoulaye Doucoure to Paris Saint-Germain and are trying to prepare for the prospect of losing him.
Doucoure is keen to play Champions League football and with PSG preparing to pay £45 million, there’s every chance he could move on.

Tameze has been identified as an ideal replacement for the Frenchman, as he is a box-to-box midfielder.
The Daily Mail report Nice would be willing to do business for around £10 million.
That’s a relatively modest fee in today’s transfer market, and one team that should consider muscling in on the situation is Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves lack a midfield dynamo
Nuno Espirito Santo is understood to want to sign a midfielder in January (The Birmingham Mail), and Tameze could be a smart addition.
At the moment they have Joao Moutinho, Ruben Neves and Romain Saiss as the central options.
While all three have impressed this season, they are all rather similar to one another, in particular the Portuguese duo.
As good as they are in possession, there isn’t a great deal of drive or mobility.

Tameze has been likened to his former teammate and now-Fulham player Jean Michael Seri.
He’s made 18 appearances in Ligue 1 this term and recorded a pass success rate of 89.4% (WhoScored).
He would certainly be a nice option to have for Espirito Santo.
