Wolverhampton Wanderers made just the one signing on transfer deadline day.
Full-back Jonny Otto made his loan move from Atletico Madrid permanent (via the club’s official website) for a club record-equalling £18 million.
Otto has impressed greatly since arriving at the club last summer, and it’s good news for the club that he will be extending his stay at Molineux.

While the Black Country club were busy sorting the Spaniard’s contract out though, Barcelona managed to bring forward a deal for one of the best young talents in Ligue 1.
Jean-Clair Todibo completed his move to the Nou Camp and has been handed the number six shirt that belonged to Denis Suarez before the left to join Arsenal on loan.
That suggests the Catalans will be using him in the first-team between now and the end of the season.
Have Wolves slept on a gem?
Wolves had been linked with a move for Todibo back in November 2018.
French website Ladapeche claimed the newly promoted Premier League side were interested in signing the precocious young defender, along with Liverpool.
Barcelona have brought forward Todibo’s signing, suggesting he is ready to be blooded into the first-team.

It was originally planned that he would join the club in the summer after an agreement was reached on January 8 (official website).
Wolves may well have missed out on a potential gem. Clearly the 19-year-old is hugely talented for Barcelona to want to bring his signing forwards.
Nuno Espirito Santo actually could have done with another central defender as he is not inundated with cover at the moment.
