Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Helder Costa this summer on a season-long loan – and Wolves fans believe it is an ideal move for the Portuguese ace.
The Yorkshire Evening Post reported that Leeds are after the 25-year-old on loan, with a permanent deal expected to be too expensive for Marcelo Bielsa’s side. Brighton’s Ben White is also said to be a target.
Costa has excellent stats in England’s second tier, scoring 15 goals and creating 14 more in 71 Championship appearances. He even made 25 Premier League appearances for Wolves last season.

Of those 25 appearances, 12 were from the bench. The £13million (BBC) signing has fallen down the pecking order, especially since Nuno Espirito Santo changed his formation to three at the back – using a system without wingers.
Leeds, meanwhile, need additions out wide. Jack Harrison has returned to Manchester City following his loan, while Pablo Hernandez is better used in the middle after losing a yard of pace. Jack Clarke is being linked with Tottenham.
Wolves fans reacted to the news that Leeds are interested in luring Costa to Elland Road this summer, and many believe that under Bielsa, Costa will get the game time he needs in order to return and regain his place at Wolves.
