Wolves fans thrilled with reported interest in midfielder Victor Camarasa

Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly have an interest in midfielder Victor Camarasa – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are excited about his potential arrival.

According to the Daily Mail, Wolves and West Ham are in a battle to try sign the 24-year-old in the summer transfer window, while Brighton and Everton are also credited with interest.

He is a creative midfielder that is owned by La Liga outfit Real Betis and he’s spent the season in the Premier League with Cardiff City, who were relegated to the Championship.

The report details that the Spanish club need to decide if they will look to loan him out again next season or offload him permanently.

Camarasa was Cardiff’s joint-top scorer with five goals in the 2018/19 campaign and he showed he can be a threat going forward.

The central midfielder also weighed in with four assists and a large section of Cardiff’s attacking play went through him.

He’s a Spanish dazzler that is comfortable in possession and fits the type of profile that could compete for a midfield role in the Wolves team next year.

A selection of Wolves fans are pleased with interest in Camarasa and were impressed by his first stint in English football.

A move to Molineux would hand him his first taste of European football, something that their English rivals who are also interested in him can’t.
