Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham have reportedly joined Everton in the race to sign Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure this summer – and Wolves fans have reacted on Twitter, by urging their side to get a deal done.
Doucoure, 27, is expected to leave Watford this summer having suffered relegation with the Hornets. Since joining Watford in January 2016, he has not played below the Premier League and is unlikely to want to do so now.
The Evening Standard state that Watford rate the former Rennes midfielder in the region of £25million and while Everton have had a bid rejected, they remain in pole position to land Doucoure – as they prepare a second bid.

But the report also claims that both newly-promoted Fulham and Wolves are interested in signing Doucoure to bolster their 2020-21 campaigns. It remains to be seen what Doucoure’s preference is, this summer.
Wolves have failed to qualify for European competition but are still keen on making signings to add to what is a small squad. Nuno Espirito Santo wants competition for the likes of Joao Moutinho and Ruben Neves in midfield.
Wolves supporters have reacted on Twitter to the reported news that their club are considering a move for Watford’s Doucoure this summer – and many have urged their side to lure the French powerhouse to Molineux.
