Wolves fans react as club reportedly closing in on signing of left-footed teenager

Wolves are reportedly set to sign French teenager Rayan Ait Nouri from Ligue 1 club Angers SCO this summer, with the left-back previously rated at £31million – and fans of the Midlands club have reacted on Twitter to the potential signing.

The left-back area has been a position of difficulty for Wolves after Jonny was sidelined with a long-term injury. Marcal has joined the club from Lyon, but it is believed that Ruben Vinagre looks set to leave the club to Olympiakos – as per reports.

A left-back could be signed then and French website Le Score have claimed Wolves are set to complete the signing of Ait Nouri. It is believed that Ait Nouri will sign a four-year contract with Wolves, after super agent Jorge Mendes facilitated a deal.

The same website claim Ait Nouri had interested El Clasico duo Real Madrid and Barcelona, as well as Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid, French champions and Champions League finalists Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.

But it is clear that Ait Nouri is now on his way to Wolves – as per the latest report. It hands Wolves some much-needed cover on the left side, with Ait Nouri considered one of the most exciting left-sided defenders in European football.

Wolves fans have reacted on Twitter to the reported news that they about to sign Ait-Nouri, with Le Quotidien Du Foot recently claiming he is rated in the region of £31million. Many reckon he would be a good addition.
