Wolves defender Rayan Ait-Nouri is reportedly a target for both Newcastle United and Crystal Palace ahead of the January transfer window – and fans of the Midlands club have reacted on Twitter.
Ait-Nouri, 20, has made an excellent start to life at Wolves. Initially joining the club on loan last season from Angers, he played 24 times in his first season – given he was a teenager, a decent total.
This time around, he has broken back into Bruno Lage’s side after starting the season on the bench – following his permanent move. He has started the last seven Premier League games for Wolves.

Jeunes Footeux report that both Newcastle and Palace are on red alert ahead of the January window. Both sides need a left-back. Tyrick Mitchell is first choice for Palace, after they failed to replace Patrick van Aanholt.
Newcastle have Matt Ritchie on the left-flank, or Jamal Lewis. But Ritchie is a right winger and Lewis is yet to prove his £15million fee. Paul Dummett is struggling to get any game time at all.
Newcastle and Palace eye Ait-Nouri: What do Wolves fans think?
The report states that either club would have to pay between £21million, and £25.75million to sign the five-time France Under-21 international. Wolves will be desperate to keep him.
The defender is showing huge potential, and a key part of the side at just 20. He has a contract until June 2026, and the majority of Wolves fans have laughed off the interest – or suggesting a ridiculous price tag.
