Adama Traore has been somewhat of an enigma at Wolverhampton Wanderers since joining the club from Middlesbrough last summer – and some Wolves fans believe he should be sold this time around.
The 23-year-old joined Wolves after the Midlands outfit met the £18million release clause (BBC) in his contract. Fast forward until now, and he has managed just eight Premier League starts.
Indeed, Traore has clocked up 33 appearances for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side in all competitions. He has come off the bench 18 times in the top flight, but has only scored once.

Boasting unbelievable speed and power, Traore is also capable of exciting a crowd with his fancy footwork. But his end product does not match up to those traits and often lets the former Barcelona man down.
With Wolves playing three at the back, preference is given to wing-backs over actual wingers. It means the likes of Matt Doherty, Jonny and Ruben Vinagre are preferred to Traore, Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaleiro.
Wolves fans took to Twitter to discuss whether Santo should keep Traore at Molineux, but the majority seemed in agreement that the Spanish winger would be better off being sold by the club in the summer transfer window.
