Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in Manchester City defender Nicolas Otamendi – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are in favour of a potential swoop in the summer.
According to Marca, Wolves and West Ham are both keen on landing the South American enforcer.
It is understood that the Argentina international is concerned about his lack of play time, which has seen two Premier League clubs pop up as potential suitors.
West Ham manager Manuel Pellegrini previously signed the centre-back when he was in charge of Manchester City.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old also worked with Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo during a year at Valencia.

Wolves are on course to finish seventh on their return to the top flight and have surprised many after Championship promotion last season.
Nuno’s team have looked strong in defence with a back three of Ryan Bennett, Conor Coady and Willy Boly for most games.
Otamendi is perhaps a step up in class though after an illustrious career and he was a vital part of the Manchester City team that accumulated 100 Premier League points last season.
He is a powerhouse that is hard tackling and composed on the ball too, which is why he could be a decent fit at Molineux.
Here are some of the Wolves fans that are encouraged by links to Otamendi:
