Defender Jesus Vallejo made his Wolverhampton Wanderers debut on Thursday night in the Europa League – and some of the club’s supporters were impressed by his performance.
The Premier League outfit completed a 4-0 home victory over Armenian side FC Pyunik, which saw them progress 8-0 on aggregate over two legs in their Europa League third round qualifying tie.

Vallejo made his first appearance for Wolves since he joined this summer on a season-long loan from Real Madrid.
The 22-year-old is a young centre-back that showcased his brilliant range of passing on a fairly comfortable evening against Pyunik and slotted in seamlessly to a back three.

A selection of Wolves supporters on social media were pleased by Vallejo’s contribution at the back and one stated he deserves a chance in the Premier League.
The Spanish loanee will have to break a trusted combination of Willy Boly, Conor Coady and Ryan Bennett in defence if he wants chances in the league.
