Tottenham may still have some business to tend to on deadline day.
The north London club are still eyeing a couple of new signings, while there are a few players who could still leave as well.
The likes of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Ryan Sessegnon remain firmly on the fringes at Tottenham, while Bryan Gil is another player who is seemingly surplus to requirements right now.
Gil has barely been getting a game for Spurs as of late, and there’s been a fair bit of interest in the winger too.
Speaking on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk podcast, Michael Bridges has been discussing Gil’s situation, and he says that the winger would be snapped up within hours if he was put on the market at the end of this window.

Gil would go quickly
Bridges shared what he knows about the £22m man.
“Bryan Gil, there might be something there on deadline day, a potential loan, if Spurs put Gil up for loan he’d go within hours, he’s that liked in Spain, there might be a bit of Premier League interest as well,” Bridges said.
Should go
Gil clearly has plenty of interest from Spain, and, in our view he should be looking to make this move on deadline day.
Gil isn’t going to play enough at Tottenham over the next few months, and if he wants to get his career going, he needs to be playing regular football.
This is certainly a situation to keep an eye on towards the transfer deadline as Spurs and Gil try to find a solution that works for everyone.
