Chris Sutton has told the Daily Mail who he believes will be relegated from the Premier League this season, with the pundit issuing an apology to Leeds United and Newcastle.
It has been a worrying time for Marcelo Bielsa’s side. They have only won two games all season. And they looked poor for much of their goalless draw with Brighton at the weekend.

They also have a daunting run of games coming up. After facing Crystal Palace and Brentford, Leeds take on Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool in December.
Newcastle meanwhile, are still waiting for their first win of the campaign. They produced an impressive display in their clash with Brentford in what was their first game following Eddie Howe’s appointment.
However, they were brought back down to earth at Arsenal on Saturday. They did threaten to spring a surprise. But the result highlighted the work ahead.

Unfortunately, Sutton suggested that the appointment of Dean Smith at Norwich has thrown a massive spanner in the works. And thus, he believes that the Canaries will get themselves out of trouble.
“Former Norwich striker says his old club will survive. Shock horror! But the hiring of Dean Smith gives them such a chance,” he told the Daily Mail.
“He’s an excellent coach who’s already extracting good performances. With that in mind, I’ll say they can get themselves out of trouble.
“The three clubs who I’ll say are going to drop down to the Championship, with apologies, are Leeds, Newcastle and Brentford.”
Leeds’ next two performances could define their season as Sutton tips Whites for relegation
Leeds fans will hope that the underwhelming display against Brighton inspires an improvement on Tuesday.
A win and good performance against Palace could be massive for the Whites.
It is not out of the question that they could enjoy some success in that four-match run next month. But it does appear to be imperative that they put some more daylight between themselves and the bottom three before that run begins.
