Leeds United travel to Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon in the Championship, as two of the top-six teams in the division clash at Bramall Lane.
The Whites are second in the table after winning three of their last four league games and are beginning to build up some momentum.
But they now have a difficult trip to fifth-placed United and know all about their danger man.
United centre-forward Billy Sharp has been in brilliant form this season and scored 11 goals across all competitions already.
The 32-year-old is an experienced attacker that is clinical around the penalty box and has proven himself to be prolific at Championship level.
Leeds supporters will be well aware of the striker from his brief spell at Elland Road earlier in his career and he’s also got a knack of scoring against them.
Sharp has netted six times in his last five appearances against Leeds, which included three in the two meetings last season in the league.
Manager Marcelo Bielsa certainly needs to be fearful of the in-form ace and thankfully for him the Whites backline should be reinforced by the return of colossus Pontus Jansson.
It’s likely to be up to him and centre-back Liam Cooper to try limit Sharp’s influence around the penalty area.
