Not only has Marcelo Bielsa introduced a clear high intensity style of football to Leeds United since his summer appointment as manager, but he’s also heavily relied upon the club’s youth system.
The Whites boss has been forced in some respect into using academy players due to an injury pile up during the campaign, but he’s shown great faith in some upcoming stars.
Jack Clarke is the main breakthrough into the senior team at Elland Road, but the likes of Jamie Shackleton and Leif Davis have had a taste too.
With 11 Championship games still remaining, it will be interesting to see if any more emerge into the first team this season during the promotion bid.
Mateusz Bogusz is a Leeds rookie beginning to make a real name for himself in the Under-23s and should be someone catching the glance of Bielsa.

Bogusz was signed by the Yorkshire giants in January and drafted straight into the youth team to try adapt to English football.
The 17-year-old has very quickly settled at Leeds with two assists in three games for the Under-23s side and looks a promising talent.
He is an attacking midfielder that has great vision and is technically gifted, so could be an exciting prospect to promote.
It’s of course far too early to suggest Bogusz will be seen around the first team before the end of the campaign, but he can only continue impressing at youth level and Bielsa has shown he’s willing to reward players regardless of their age.
