‘Wijnaldum replacement’: Liverpool fans react on Twitter to Declan Rice rumours

Liverpool fans have been reacting on Twitter today to the news that they are one of the clubs ‘circling’ around West Ham over Declan Rice.

The Guardian claims Liverpool could be interested in signing Rice, with the Hammers apparently willing to drop their asking-price from the £80m they value Rice at, to around the £50m mark.

Rice has been linked with a move to Chelsea for some time now and has once again impressed for West Ham this term. However, news of a potential move to Liverpool or Man City is new, and could well give the England man something to ponder.

Liverpool fans, too, have been discussing the links with Rice on Twitter and while some would rather see an attacker brought it, there are those Reds supporters who wouldn’t mind seeing the Hammers star through the door.
