Wolves striker Raul Jimenez has been linked with a move to Arsenal this weekend and some fans have been laughing off suggestions the Mexican will move to The Emirates.

The French news outlet, Le10 Sport, claimed that Jimenez headed a four-man shortlist of players the Gunners were keen on bringing to the club this summer.

It is, to be honest, a strange link, especially given their positions in the table. The Gunners are struggling to finish in the top eight, while Wolves have been pushing for Champions League football.

Jimenez, on a personal level, has been in magnificent form. He’s banged in 26 goals for Wolves and been an almost ever-present for Nuno Santo.
