Wolverhampton Wanderers are being linked with a move for RB Salzburg forward Hwang Hee-chan.
According to a report from The Telegraph, the South Korea international has emerged as a possible transfer target for Nuno Espirito Santo, after impressing with the Austrian outfit this term.
Erling Haaland, supposedly valued at £86 million by his club (Tuttosport) – has grabbed a lot of the attention, but Hwang has quietly impressed for Jesse Marsch’s side.
The Telegraph say Wolves could swoop for the 23-year-old in January, but any successful move could see him head back to Salzburg on loan for the remainder of the season.
It is thought he would cost in the region of €20-€25 million/£17-£21 million.

Main man Haaland has been able to stand out so regularly for Salzburg as a result of the endeavors of Hwang.
It is often his mobility, tenacity and creativity which allows the Norwegian starlet to grab the headlines with his goals.
Wolves signing Hwang could be an excellent move in that, he could strike up a similar partnership with Raul Jimenez, who is a fair bit like the prolific youngster.
UEFA reported back in October that six of Hwang’s ten assists at that point had been for Haaland, suggesting a brilliant cohesion with his strike partner.
Fast forward a couple of months, and Hwang is now on 14 assists for the season – he could be the man that actually helps the physical Jimenez become more prolific.
