Celta Vigo were apparently fuming with Pione Sisto and his brother agent for rejecting a transfer to Aston Villa in the summer.
According to Spanish publication AS, club officials were very unhappy with the player’s decision as it scuppered their plans to bring winger Nolito back to the club.
Sisto staying forced the club to abandon their pursuit of the Sevilla star, and instead work him back into the squad.

Marca reported in August that Villa actually had a £9.3 million bid accepted for Sisto, and a £20,000-a-week contract offer was on the table.
The proposed transfer wasn’t meant to be though, and Sisto is now slowly working his way back into the picture at Celta, who recently changed managers.
TBR’s view – Villa shouldn’t have regrets
Sisto has endured a testing start to the 2019/20 and hasn’t been given the chance to show much following his rejection of Villa.

He helped himself to his first goal of the season at the weekend on what was only his second start.
Meanwhile at Villa, Anwar El Ghazi is proving to be great permanent signing, and Trezeguet, although he didn’t feature against Newcastle United, has been looking livelier as the season goes on.
