Many Everton fans were left slightly annoyed last night, despite the team beating Watford to make the last eight of the Carabao Cup.
The Toffees won 2-0 at Goodison Park, but Marco Silva’s decision to substitute young forward Moise Kean at half-time has not gone down well.

Kean was asked to work the right-hand side, a position that he doesn’t really have much experience in.
The youngster was ineffective, and made way for Theo Walcott at half-time. The Englishman then went on to assist Mason Holgate’s opener.
Some have accused Silva of hanging Kean out to dry, and that his management of him is killing his confidence.
And the way things are, it looks as though Kean could have a hard time turning things around.
TBR’s view – Richarlison factor an issue for Kean
It would seem that Silva sees Kean behind two other players in the pecking order at the moment.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin started up top in his natural position against Watford, but the Brazilian appears to be more dangerous in a central striking role these days than out on the wing.
This notion means it’s a major blow for Kean, who faces a serious uphill battle to play in the role he is most effective in.
Kean is a talent but needs to be playing through the middle, but the Richarlison factor may scupper his chances of an imminent turnaround.
