Chelsea and Tottenham clashed with each other in the first FA Cup semi-final before Arsenal face Manchester City on Sunday. The two London sides produced a thrilling encounter, with the Premier League’s best talent going head-to-head.

The build-up to the game was centered around the pairs league positions. With just four points between Chelsea, in first, and Tottenham, the winner of this semi-final was set to claim a huge psychological advantage heading into the final stages of the season.

After all the talking had been done, Chelsea struck first early in the first-half. Willian outsmarted Hugo Lloris, firing in a thunderous free-kick.

Spurs replied shortly after with an outstanding header by Harry Kane, and Mauricio Pochettino’s side would have to come from behind again after Son Heung-Min felled Victor Moses in the box and Willian slotted away the resulting penalty.

Dele Alli latched onto a superb Christian Eriksen pass to level the scores which led to Antonio Conte sending for his star men. Diego Costa and Eden Hazard were introduced after the break and it would be the Belgian that altered the outcome of the tie.
