Andre Harriman-Annous is a 17-year-old striker who plays for the Arsenal academy, having featured for both the under-18s and under-21s.

The youngster grew up in Barnet as an Arsenal fan, but did spend time in the Tottenham academy before making the move across the North London divide at around eight years old.

In that time, Harriman-Annous has risen through the ranks and has even switched positions a few times.

In recent years, Harriman-Annous has developed into a striker, playing through the middle and scoring plenty of goals.

That wasn’t always the case, however, as he was playing as both an attacking midfielder and a winger at earlier stages in his career.

The striker measures in at 1.8 metres tall (five feet and 11 inches).

Speaking to the official Arsenal website, he cited three stars and said: “Growing up I was told about Thierry Henry and how good he was. I’ve seen lots of footage of him online, and the range of goals he’d score was incredible, he’s someone that I wanted to play like.

“But I’d say players that I loved watching for Arsenal at the time were Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. They were my idols.”
